Return and Exchange Policy 

At Sengottuvel Wood Carvings, we carefully make and send your divine spiritual products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our policy below:

No Returns After Purchase:
Since our products are handmade, we cannot accept returns once you’ve bought an item.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us within 7 days of getting your order. We will send you a replacement or give you a refund.

Wrong Product Delivered:
If you receive the wrong product, please tell us within 7 days. We will send you the correct product.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange your item for something of equal value, you can do this within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the exchange.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges:
You will need to pay for shipping when you return or exchange an item, including the cost of shipping the new product.

Condition for Exchange:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging.
